You can check the progress and status of your application, references and other supporting documents via the online status checker. The information you see displayed online is the same as the information held on our central databse. The information is updated live as the Graduate Admissions team process your documents and decisions that arrive in our office during the day. We do not have any further information on your application status other than the information displayed on this page.
The website and admissions enquiries system are the quickest way to receive answers to any questions that you may have. Please explore the site before contacting us. If your question cannot be answered by reference to the online resources, you can submit an email enquiry via the admissions enquiries system.
We answer all queries in the order they are received. Please check our current processing times and do not repeat your query. We will respond as quickly as we can. We do not have a direct email address.
If you wish to make changes to your application or to inform us of a decision (such as wishing to defer your offer), then you should use the 'How Do I...?' forms. Once your application is complete, please do not send us any additional information unless we ask for it. Your file will be with the selectors and additional information will not be matched to it until it returns to us.

Our open hours vary at different times of year, so that we can prioritise processing applications, decisions and CASs.
Our opening hours are currently 9am-5pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Please only call if your documents were received after our current processing date and you have not had notification from us. We cannot confirm receipt of documents until they are processed - see How we Process your documents.

To visit us in person you can come to the Student Services Centre in the Old Building on the ground floor between 11-12pm weekdays and 3-4pm weekdays (except Wednesdays) during term time.
